Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for test plan, test cases and test procedures for software testing including mobile applications.
  • Carry out integration, system, acceptance, regression, functionality, UI/UX, performance and stress test
  • To ensure the deliverables are in line with requirements/expected business solutions and meet the deployment requirements.
  • Communicate with business analysts to understand requirements document for preparation of test cases.
  • Communicate and follow up with software developers on program changes and bug fixes
  • Providing 2nd level supports/troubleshooting to internal business units and external parties for issues related to HCM/Payroll products
  • Reporting bugs to software developers
  • Assisting in post-release testing including software compatibility test.

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Software Tester in HCM/Payroll products or the related fields
  • Ability to write test plans and test cases
  • Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English required. Mandarin literacy would be a strong advantage
  • Possess knowledge and experience in automated testing using Selenium and Python would be a strong advantage
  • Strong in analytical, logic thinking and problem-solving
  • Possess technical/programming background and MSSQL/Oracle would be a strong advantage
  • Strong commitment to work and ownership in a product/project delivery-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and is a proactive learner

Responsibilities:

  • To attend and to support the various ad-hoc customers’ issues to meet Customers’ expectations on response time
  • To maintain and keep track of all software maintenance agreements
  • To assist in ensuring all maintenance contracts are signed timely once warranty period is expired
  • To provide software support at office/client premises
  • To provide online support to clients via telephone or electronic media
  • To familiarize with company products and services
  • To procure software for operational and business purposes
  • To record, report and troubleshoot, if possible, all software errors discovered
  • To assist in designing and implementing procedures on customers support programs
  • To prepare and process all training and support documentations and coordinating /collaborating such documents with the Post Development Team on standards and frameworks related to this task
  • To assume responsibilities delegated by the Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Must have good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Must have good command in Mandarin as support might involve Hong Kong clients
  • Initiative with good analytical skills, the ability to work under minimal supervision and able to handle multi-tasking roles
  • Knowledge in LAN, DOS, Windows, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP based system environment
  • Have strong technical knowledge on either Oracle 8i/9i or 10g or MS SQL 2000/2005 databases
  • Possessing own transportation would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure timely release of assigned product/project deliverables and of high-quality
  • To analyse user’s and product’s needs; formulate technical specifications and design

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as main support to internal business units and external parties for the in-charge Product.
  • Work closely with internal business units and external parties (business partners and government officers/website) to collect complete requirements for change requests including compliance, localization and non-localization change requests.
  • Work closely with statutory body to ensure product is always compliant with statutory regulation.
  • Works closely with Project Stakeholders (Sales, Consulting, Customer Care) and perform survey on user feedbacks to collect customers' needs for future products.
  • Conducts market research and assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements with recommendation of business solutions with detailed user stories/process flow and use cases.
  • Conducts discussion with software developers and software testers to deliver cost-effective solutions within the expected release timeline.
  • Developing and maintaining an up-to-date and complete requirements documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst, with experience in HCM/Payroll products would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong in presenting user stories/process flow/business solutions to stakeholders to conclude business requirements.
  • Strong in requirements analysis with complete scenarios and writing complete requirements documentation which understandable by software developers, software testers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English required. Mandarin literacy would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily focus on AR collection and maintain good rapport with customer
  • Ensure collection from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain efficient record of collection activities
  • Keep respective departments informed of collection challenges and issues
  • Interface with customers to actively resolve credit and billing issues promptly
  • Retrieve invoices or other supporting document on customers request
  • Monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to management for review and action
  • Assist in preparing sales invoices
  • Conduct field visit on delinquent account as and when necessary
  • Provide feedback to management on potential process improvements
  • Generate monthly Statement of Account and reminder letters to customers
  • Conduct monthly debtors review meeting
  • Meet DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) objective and other KPI (Key Performance Indicator) as set by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • 2-3 years working experience in related field
  • Possess good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
